Medical Gas Zone Valve Box

Isolation and access in one box.

A zone valve box lets staff isolate a single section of the medical gas pipeline for maintenance, testing, or an emergency without shutting down the rest of the facility. Each NFPA 99-compliant box houses three-piece, full-port ball valves with type-K copper extensions ready for brazing into the line, dual-ported valves for downstream pressure monitoring, and locking handles that guard against accidental operation. The assembly is cleaned for oxygen service per CGA G-4.1 and rated to 600 psi WOG.
