Quadroplex Lubricated Rotary Vane Medical Vacuum

Long-life lubricated vacuum.

This lubricated rotary vane vacuum system is built for continuous hospital duty, using oil to seal and cool aluminium vanes rated for a minimum 40,000-hour service life. A four-stage separator strips 99.99% of oil and smoke from the exhaust, an ASME-coded receiver stores the vacuum, and a PLC control panel alternates the pumps automatically for balanced wear and lead-lag backup. The system meets NFPA 99 and NEC, and connects in the field with only inlet, exhaust, and power.
