Complete Mechanical Solutions
We coordinate mechanical works alongside our medical gas and fire protection scopes, so complex projects stay integrated and on schedule — one crew, one project schedule, no gaps between trades that show up mid-construction. Pipeline runs for oxygen, nitrogen, CDS, and vacuum are routed and pressure-tested to the same standard as our dedicated medical gas scope, while ductwork, ventilation, and air conditioning are sized and balanced to the facility's actual occupancy and equipment load, not a generic template.
On hospital projects specifically, mechanical coordination matters most in areas like operating theaters and isolation rooms, where duct routing, pressure relationships, and filtration have to work together with the medical gas and electrical scopes rather than being value-engineered separately after the fact.
Delivered Under One PCAB License
Mechanical works fall under our PCAB General Contractor accreditation, and our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, so plumbing, HVAC, and process piping scopes are covered by the same accreditation record as our medical gas and fire protection work — one contractor, one set of credentials, for facilities that would otherwise need to qualify and manage a separate mechanical subcontractor. These scopes are delivered as part of the same hospital and commercial projects referenced throughout our project portfolio, rather than as standalone contracts — see our medical gas and fire protection case studies for examples of the facilities we've worked in.
