Civil Works

Civil Works

Our civil works division completes the build, from foundation and earthworks to the final coat of paint, so facilities can hand over a finished, ready-to-use space.

We deliver structural and finishing works that complement our mechanical, electrical, and pipeline scopes on the same project.

  • Foundation, Earthworks & Concreting
  • Perimeter Fence
  • Ceiling & Wall Partitioning (Gypsum Board)
  • Flooring (Tile / Vinyl / Marble)
  • Railings & Grilles (SS Railing / Grilles / Steel Casement)
  • Aluminum Works (Doors / Windows)
  • Painting & Finishing

Built to Last

By keeping civil works in-house, we control quality and schedule across the whole project, avoiding the gaps that appear when trades are split between contractors. Foundation and structural work is sequenced first, so mechanical, electrical, and pipeline trades have a finished shell to build into rather than working around an active concrete pour — the sequencing problem that causes the most rework on multi-trade hospital projects.

Finishing works — partitioning, flooring, railings, aluminum doors and windows, and painting — are scheduled around the other trades' access needs, particularly ceiling and wall partitioning in areas where medical gas piping or electrical conduit runs through the same cavity. That coordination is easier to get right when one contractor is responsible for both the civil and the systems work.

Delivered Under One PCAB License

Civil works fall under our PCAB General Contractor accreditation, backed by an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system, so structural and finishing scopes carry the same accreditation record as our medical gas and fire protection work. View our full accreditation records →

These scopes are delivered as part of the same hospital and commercial builds referenced throughout our project portfolio.
