Protecting Lives and Property
From pump house to the last sprinkler head, we design, install, test, and commission fire protection systems that meet fire safety code, then keep them inspection-ready with scheduled maintenance. Work sequencing follows the building's construction: sprinkler mains and standpipe risers go in early with the plumbing rough-in, fire pump and jockey pump sets are commissioned once electrical service is live, and detection and alarm devices are the last systems tested before Bureau of Fire Protection inspection.
Every sprinkler zone is flow-tested and every fire pump is run through its full performance curve before we call a system complete, not just pressure-tested and left. Detection and alarm panels are programmed, zoned, and function-tested device by device, and kitchen suppression systems are tested against the actual hood and duct configuration they're protecting, not a generic setup.
Built to NFPA and the Philippine Fire Code
Our systems are designed to NFPA 13 (sprinkler systems), NFPA 20 (fire pumps), NFPA 72 (fire alarm and signaling), and NFPA 96 (kitchen suppression), applied alongside the requirements of Republic Act 9514, the Fire Code of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. That combination of US design standards and local code compliance is what gets a system through Bureau of Fire Protection inspection, and keeps it there at each annual renewal.
As a PCAB-accredited General Contractor with a current Fire Safety Inspection Certificate and an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system, we handle fire protection scopes on hospital, institutional, and commercial projects nationwide. View our full accreditation records →
