This oil-less scroll medical air compressor produces clean, dry, medical-grade air with no oil in the airstream — ideal for hospital breathing air and instrument air. Orbiting scroll pumps compress air with no rubbing contact in the compression chamber, then a downstream dryer and filtration train removes moisture to a controlled dew point before the air enters an ASME-coded receiver. A UL-listed NEMA 12 control panel runs the pumps and raises audible and visual alarms with dry contacts for remote monitoring, and the system meets NFPA 99 medical air quality and NEC requirements.
