Medical Gas Pipeline Systems

Medical Gas Pipeline Systems

INDUS-MEDICA designs, installs, and maintains centralized medical gas pipeline systems for hospitals and medical facilities across the Philippines. Every system is engineered to NFPA 99 standards using US-made Tri-Tech Medical equipment, from the gas source through to the outlet at the point of care.

As the exclusive Philippine distributor of Tri-Tech Medical, we deliver the complete system, then support it with our own maintenance and after-sales service, so your facility has a single accountable partner.

  • Medical Gases, Air & Vacuum Systems
  • Industrial & Laboratory Gases
  • Zone Valve Boxes, DISS Outlets & Touch Screen Alarm Panels
  • Manual & Fully Automatic Pressure Control Manifolds
  • Bed Head Units, Ceiling Columns & Pendants
  • N2/CO2 Purging & Blanketing Jobs

From Design to Turnover

Every installation starts with a site survey and load calculation — how many outlets, what average and peak demand, and how the pipeline needs to route through existing hospital structure without disrupting patient care areas already in service. From there, our engineers produce a full pipeline design covering source sizing, riser and branch layout, valve zoning, and alarm placement before a single fitting goes in the wall.

Installation follows NFPA 99 practice throughout: brazed copper joints purged with oxygen-free nitrogen, pressure and vacuum testing on every zone before it's enclosed, and cross-connection testing to confirm each outlet delivers the correct gas at the correct pressure. Once the system passes our internal testing, we bring in third-party verification for certification, then walk your engineering and nursing staff through operation, alarm response, and shutoff procedures before handover. A typical hospital-wing installation runs 6 to 12 weeks from design approval to commissioning, depending on facility size and whether outlets are being added to a live, occupied building.

Built to NFPA 99 and Philippine Regulatory Standards

Medical gas pipeline systems fall under NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code), which governs gas source classification, pipeline sizing, alarm zoning, and outlet labeling — the standard our engineers design and test against on every project, whether or not an architect calls for it by name. This covers oxygen, medical air, medical vacuum, nitrous oxide, and WAGD (waste anesthetic gas disposal) lines, alongside the industrial and laboratory gas lines many facilities run through the same team. Outlet stations, alarm panels, and manifolds we install are ETL Listed to UL 1331 and sourced through Tri-Tech Medical, our exclusive US distributorship partner.

As a PCAB-accredited General Contractor with an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system, we're eligible to bid and deliver medical gas scopes on both private hospital construction and PhilGEPS-listed government healthcare projects. View our full accreditation records →

Delivered at Hospitals Across the Philippines

We've installed centralized medical gas pipeline systems at more than 30 hospitals nationwide, from single-building community hospitals to multi-tower medical centers. Recent work includes a centralized pipeline system at St. Luke's Medical Center, Global City, an oxygen manifold and pipeline installation at SPC Medical Center, and a full medical gas system at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Medical Center.
