The Valmig O2B is a 100% oil-free piston booster that compresses oxygen from a generator or supply line into high-pressure cylinders on site, extending a hospital’s autonomy by filling backup and patient-transport cylinders with no reliance on outside deliveries. Built entirely from oxygen-compatible materials in 3- and 4-stage configurations, it delivers filling capacities from 5 to 100 m³/h at 150, 200, or 300 bar, with heavy-duty air ventilation for 24/7 operation. An automated control panel sets inlet and filling pressure, monitors temperature at each stage with limit alarms, and raises maintenance alerts, while stainless steel pipework, a calibrated safety relief valve on every stage, and an optional manifold for filling up to 50 cylinders keep operation safe and simple.
